CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
The last day to withdraw from the “Hackers” softball camp is September 1st.
The last day to withdraw from the Holiday softball camp is December 21st.
The last day to withdraw from the “Hackers” or "Hurlers" baseball camp is September 25th.
The last day to withdraw from the “Holiday" basketball camp camp is December 21st.
After these dates, refunds will not be provided.
A $25 withdrawal fee will be deducted from all refunds requested prior to the dates listed above.
Refund requests must be submitted by email to Sports Camp Director Chris Volta (firstname.lastname@example.org) — no exceptions will be made to this policy.
